Have a New Pitco Solstice Supreme Stainless Steel LP Gas Fryer. Model SFSSH75-JS. 105,000BTU, 65LB., 2 Basket, This unit has the optional Deluxe Oil Filtration System with Pump, Optional 12 Button Digital Computer Control as well as the Optional Computer Controlled Basket Lift. Oh, it also has the optional front and back Caster wheels as well. As mentioned this is a LP gas unit which can be converted to Natural with the conversion kit, which is NOT included. It is a 115 volt, 60 Hz, 1 Phase unit. Please note the unit has a dent to the left as can be seen in the pictures. The unit still has the white protective plastic wrap that has yet to be removed and it's still strapped to the factory pallet.Comes as shown with items shown and manual..
